I ordered a carrier and a couple of add-ons, thinking all of it would work together fine. But the pouches, they fit kind of weird, and the clips were not lining up right at all. Customer service was okay, I guess, but still I had to return some of the stuff. Annoying, honestly.

I had a quick question about my order and they actually got back to me fast. the person was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing a hassle, which I appreciated. Good customer service overall.

I had a really hard time using the site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for without clicking around forever, and it just felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I also never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience even more annoying.

It’s not bad overall and it moves around okay, but man, it’s definitely heavier and bulkier than I expected. I probably should’ve paid more attention to the size, but still, they could’ve made it a little less awkward to deal with.

I got the plate carrier I ordered and it matched what was on my receipt, but one of the pouches was missing from the box. I double-checked the confirmation email too, and it was definitely supposed to be included. Hopefully they can get the missing pouch sent out.

The box came packed really well, honestly. Everything was secure, and there wasn’t any damage at all.

The plates feel solid in hand, and the labels look legit from what I can tell. Obviously I’m not going to test them myself, so most of my confidence is coming from the listed specs and reading other people’s reviews.

The fit was decent overall, though the carrier definitely took some adjusting to get comfortable. For the price, i think it’s fine, but I do wish they included a little more info in the box about the ballistic rating.

I’d need your actual shipping experience first so I can make it sound casual and short, sooo it doesn’t feel made up or fake.

After I paid I got a little suspicious and started wondering if it was actually going to be worth it. But so far, the gear feels tough and it still looks good after some use. No complaints yet

I bought a Shellback plate carrier, the design feels awkward. The shoulder straps sit kind of weird, and the cummerbund is really annoying to adjust. It does the job, but it’s definitely not that comfortable if you’re wearing it for a longer stretch. For the price, I really expected a better overall layout.

The sizing was spot on, so I didn’t have to deal with that totally avoidable back-and-forth of returns or exchanges. It fit right the first time.
